About Cindy Johnson

I'm Cindy Johnson aka Cindy Sunshine! I am a residential real estate agent at Atlanta Communities Real Estate!

My wild ride of a real estate career started off with Rookie of the year in Florida to managing a huge sales team in Atlanta. I fell in love with helping those choosing to "Age in Place" and became Sales and Marketing Director for an Epcon Community in Henry County near Eagle's Landing which led to some fantastic friendships and repeat clients.  I have literally been involved in THOUSANDS of real estate transactions in Metro Atlanta.

During and after Covid I became passionate about streamlining the process and serving the people of Metro Atlanta through online marketing. I also added much more real estate investing to my repertoire. I particularly enjoy helping those in destressing situations find creative solutions before thier feelings of desperation or overwhelm leads to decisions that might not be best for them.  You'll be hard- pressed to find a real estate agent who truly loves serving the community in this way.

Life keeps changing for all of us and I still love coming up with out of the box ideas to help EVERYONE involved reach their goals. 

These days I am also a caregiver for my Mom (who grew up in Jonesboro). We  enjoy our church family and we are so thankful that we are able to spend quality time with my niece and her growing family. We love finding fun places to walk and I am always on the search for great places to eat. LOL I am a foodie, fun is a daily requiremet AND I am on a mission to be as healthy as possible.  My decisions in life are faith based and I TRULY want to help!
